Try your new shoes on in the comfort of your own home and let us know if you’d like a different size or a refund.
We only accept unused items.
You have 28 days from receiving your order, to exchange or return and receive a full refund.
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE?
There’s no cost to exchange your purchase, although if you’re based outside the US, taxes and duties are applicable.
If you wish to try another style, simply return it for store credit and purchase the new item separately.
RECEIVE A REFUND
You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit or back to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 to 15 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
OUR POLICY
All items must be returned new, unused and with the original shoe box, within 28 days of receiving your package.
RECOMMENDATION
We strongly recomend standing on a carpeted surface while trying on the product to protect the soles.
Please return all items including the dust bag and shoe box. The shoe box forms part of the product and should remain intact by placing it inside a packing box when sending back to us. The package will not be accepted otherwise.
